Plenty of foods bring back memories of my childhood in Mexico, but nothing makes me miss Mexico more than the thought of the country’s delicious street foods. I long for the day when I will be able to visit those street carts and food trucks full of delicious things to eat. When I’m feeling really homesick, I make versions of the foods I grew up with; here is a round-up of my favorites.
