Roll out the dough into a thin flat bread piece.

Melt butter, press garlic into the butter.

Apply butter to the bread, sprinkle with herbs and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 410F for 20 minutes, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese onto the bread and serve.

Flat breads are pretty awesome, because they are so thin, yet loaded with flavors. This bread is definitely loaded with a whole lot of flavors. I served this with warm soup and it was a hit. The tiny piece that was left over, I ate with a salad, yet another amazing combination!

For this recipe you will need Pizza Dough. But don't let that scare you; it is the easiest pizza dough you'll ever come across, and it's actually pretty amazing. This Pizza Dough recipe has been a pretty popular one among pinners.

BTW, this recipe makes three flatbreads. If that's a bit much, you can always refrigerate the dough in an air tight container and bake it again within a week.
