One Direction. 1D. Whatever you want to call them they are a hot commodity on the music scene. They have been filling souls with music and now they are bringing a range of makeup and cosmetic products that celebrate youth, style, and the uninhibited lifestyle of a new generation! I have an Inside Look at Makeup by One Direction and whether you are a fan of 1D or not, you are going to love The Looks Collection!
The Looks Collection includes three keepsake tins inspired by One Direction’s globe-conquering albums, “Up All Night”, “Midnight Memories” and the collection I received, “Take Me Home”. Even if your not the best at “creating looks” these illustrations are easy enough to do.
First, I have to tell you how much Tween Girl and I loved the One Direction Makeup by Markwins. It felt clean and light going on and stayed on for a decent amount of time. Lip Gloss of course needed reapplication, but I’m all right with that. The colors in the Take Me Collection are a perfect combination for Summer and Fall. Plus, you can do day and night looks making this a set that will give you the looks you want for the next couple of months and beyond.
I especially adore the One Direction Take Me Home Collection 4 + 1 Eye Shadow Palette! The colors are fantastic and a mixture of shimmer, cream, and nude.
The Little Black Dress Volumizing Mascara wasn’t clumpy going on and it stayed. Two things I want in a mascara. You?
The Makeup by One Direction Limited Edition Collectible Keepsake Tin can be decorated with included doodle stencils so you can make it uniquely your own. Or, you can use the included I Wish Warm Chocolate Brown Eye and Body Crayon and doodle on your body.
The Live While We’re Young Multi-Dimensional Gold Glitter Nail Varnish in this collection was a fun to wear alone and on top of another color like Tween Girl did.
