Disclosure: I received these boots from Pediped to facilitate this review. No other compensation was received and all opinions are 100% my own and honest.

I am the first to admit that I am not the most fashionable person ever. I try to keep up with trends, but I am more of a t-shirt and jeans kind of girl. My one weakness is shoes. I have so many and rarely get the chance to wear most of them! Grace is taking after me in that department. She has turned into a complete fashionista and loves clothes and shoes. She changes her entire outfit multiple times a day and loves to coordinate her accessories with her outfit. If I take her near a shoe store, she gets so excited saying "shoes for me? Yay!"

Instead of buying her more toys she doesn't need for Christmas and her birthday, I'm planning on getting her some clothes and shoes to add to her wardrobe. When pediped offered to send us a pair of their shoes to review, she was beyond thrilled. I showed her their website and she was overwhelmed by the amount of adorable choices. I am certain she wanted every single pair she saw. We received the Black Patent Giselle Boot and I waited to open the box while she was at preschool so that I could get a picture before she ran off with them.

Sure enough, the moment she saw them she grabbed them and headed off to her room to get an outfit together. With a little help from me, she put together her perfect outfit to match her new boots and even agreed to do a photo shoot for me. I cannot even tell you how excited she was about these boots. She kept showing them to me and saying how pretty they were.

They really are gorgeous and I want them in my size! She has worn them many times since and they still look great. She says they are very comfortable. Pediped shoes shine through in their quality. The zipper is sturdy and the leather is gorgeous.

I know it can be hard to find the right size of shoes for kids, especially with how fast they grow. Pediped is focused on promoting healthy foot development and includes the Flex Fit System in their Flex shoes (for confidant walkers). Each shoe comes with an additional 2 millimeter insert to help customize the fit of the shoe for your child. If your child's shoes are slightly too big, simply put the insert under the main insert to help reduce the shoe size. I ordered a size 27 (pediped uses European sizing, check their website for a helpful sizing guide) for Grace because she is between a 9.5 and 10 and with the Flex Fit Insert, they are a perfect fit. It's no surprise to me that pediped was the first children’s shoe company awarded the Seal of Approval from the American Pediatric Medical Association for promoting healthy foot development.

With the mantra to make shoes that are the "next best thing to bare feet," pediped offers shoes in over 130 styles from size newborn to 4.5 youth. I want the Jake for Connor:

and Grace would go crazy for the Estella:
