I appreciate free trials. There are so many services & products that I am in love with now because the company was generous enough (and smart enough) to give me a free trial so I could get to know them. That’s why I’m working on this mega list of Free Trials – which you can search below.
Getting a free trial for a product or service feels the same as having a company look me straight in the eyes and tell me, “We are so confident in what we do, we’re going to show you rather than tell you. You’re going to love us.”
If only I could have gotten a 30 day free trial to marriage. (Note to self: invent 30 day free marriage trial.)
With almost all free trials, you have to enter your payment information so that if you decide you like the product or service, you get to continue with no hitch in your giddy up. Of course you’re only charged if you don’t cancel after your free trial. Be sure to always read the fine print to make sure you understand what you must do to cancel the free trial, and what happens with your credit or debit card information during the trial.
I am intentionally leaving off free trial offers that say you have to pay up front and then get a rebate. That’s content for another day. All these free trial offers do not require any sort of payment or shipping & handling charges up front.
Free trials do come and go, so if you find a dead free trial offer here I’d appreciate an email so I can delete it.
Free Trial Tip: To make sure you you don’t get charged for something you aren’t in love with, set an alert on your calendar so that your phone or computer will remind you when your free trial is almost over.
