Modern Broker is happy to announce today that Chris Barbeau will be joining Modern Broker’s leadership team in a new role as Chief Operating Officer in Visalia. In addition to providing agent support, training, and transaction counseling, Chris will play an important role behind the scenes facilitating growth and optimizing Modern Broker’s operation. Modern Broker has grown in excess of 50% annually since opening it’s doors in 2009 and welcomes Chris’ expertise.
Chris’s brings over 13 years of real estate experience and will add a depth to Modern Broker’s already strong team. His thoughtful demeanor is a valuable complement to Modern Broker’s office culture.
Chris is an entrepreneur at heart and has managed good sized offices both inside and outside of the real estate industry. Locally, he has owned and operated his own business, and has just completed a successful term as president of the Tulare County Association of Realtors.
Chris’s wife Kohlee will also be making the move to Modern Broker. In just 4 short years as an agent herself, Kohlee has quickly earned a reputation as a first-rate Realtor. As hard-working as she is caring, Kohlee will be a great addition to the Modern Broker team!
