Intro
Everyday Google records a large number of searches for the top real estate investor websites on the market. So, I thought I’d try to make it a little easier for those looking to get a new site set up for their real estate investing endeavors. I’ve researched the top 20 real estate investor websites in Google’s rankings from the newest, which is REItheme.com, to the most recognized which is InvestorPro.com, and hand picked which ones I believe are worth the investment.
I didn’t rank them 1-5, but here they are!…
The List
• REItheme.com
REItheme, which of course is our own website system (but we’re being fair and balanced on this top 5 review because we realize we’re not a one-size fits all solution) is fresh on the scene in the real estate investor website world. One of the biggest complaints from real estate investors who are looking for a custom website is that the word “custom” doesn’t exactly mean custom.
People want to have a readily made website, but they want to be able to do whatever they want to it. REItheme offers a 100% customizable real estate investor website for their users. This means that the user can edit anything on the site from the layout to the content, forms, menus background and color scheme insanely easily… and with NO EXTRA CHARGES! If you have ever used WordPress before, REItheme makes it incredibly easy to transition into their website because it is WordPress based. Plus, if you don’t want to edit the site yourself, they offer their in house editing team to do anything from creating a company logo to changing the color scheme or content on your site. This service isn’t free, but makes a nice option to learning how to do it yourself.
Other then REItheme’s website being fully customizable, they have the sites set up to rank well on Google because of their SEO content. From what I’ve seen, a lot of their users sites rank on the first page of Google within the first week the site is live. The REItheme sites are plugged with keywords and more in the custom pre-made content that they provide. This gives you a search ranking edge over your competition wherever it is you invest.

REItheme has multiple pre-made squeeze pages for you to choose from… and again, for NO EXTRA CHARGE. This is a big perk for me after researching other sites simply because most of the sites charge you to buy a squeeze page.
Reitheme has three different sites you can choose from. They offer a main lead generation website for your business, a buyer site, and a seller site. You can mix and match any way you’d like by choosing from four different packages. Their biggest package even includes a traffic package where they go out and plug your site into different locations in emails, Craigslist and more. All of these packages come with every feature they offer the only thing different in each package is what type of websites you want them to set up for you.
Their forms are also a big plus for me. You can use their Gravity Forms plugin to create any form you want, and they even have a bunch already made for you to choose from. From the moment your site is setup people can directly email you and fill out forms on your site.
The last one I really want to mention is their members training service. Once you become an REItheme member, they have exclusive training videos on online marketing, SEO, real estate investing, customization, and more that would cost thousands of dollars if sold as a separate package. Pretty solid perk for no additional cost.

Cons
The negatives that I found on REItheme are minor. In this real estate investor website review the one con that stood out to me is yes the site is customizable which is a major perk, but they don’t offer different pre-made themes or layouts for those of us that may want a new look but want it done in one click. After speaking with a REItheme rep, they said this is something they will offer in the future, but since they are brand spankin’ new, they still have long way to go. (They do have one click color change options of their theme though.)
• InvestorPro.com
InvestorPro is the next real estate investor website template system… and is most likely the first real estate website that will come up when you’re searching Google. This bodes well for them. They have been around awhile; since 2002 to be exact. This is a good thing because older is usually wiser. Their selling point is that their sites are professionally designed and they offer an array of options for how your site can look. There are some pretty kick butt templates too to choose from! InvestorPro also offers an AWESOME feature in the integration of BackOffice Pro for their users. BackOffice Pro “is a comprehensive online lead and property listing management solution that gives you all the tools you need to automate and streamline your marketing processes.” as stated on the Investor Pro site. This gives you a cool and easy to use tool to help bring potential buyers or sellers to your custom real estate website with very little hassel!
Next thing that you should know about their sites is their property listing perk. Every time you add a property listing, they automatically add it to their nation wide website, Statewidehomes.com. This gets your properties out to even more potential buyers quickly and easily.
One thing I see that they mention over and over on their sales page is possible ways for you to earn money off of your website outside of real estate investing. They have an affiliate page set up for you so people can sign up and get commission for driving you sales. They also offer advertising space if you want to toss in some Google ads and make a few cents per click. Both awesome options if you can get some solid traffic rolling through your site.

One thing they really do right is a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. If you don’t like what they offer after 30 days of use, then you can cancel your subscription with them and they will send you a full refund. This allows you to give them a test run yourself so you can find the right website to fit your real estate investment company.
If you sign up for their Gold plan you can have access to pre-made radio and tv spots. Yes, I said tv and radio ads that are already made for you whenever you want!
The next big perk that stands out is the fact that there is NO LONG TERM COMMITMENT! This is a huge point to me because I don’t ever want to be stuck in a relationship I don’t like. So at any time, you can bolt if you care to.
Now there is a ton of other options that their site lets you do that are pretty cool, some are very common, but some are unique. Decide for yourself!

Cons
The biggest cons that stood out for me is lack of control of your site and cost. Unless you purchase the Gold Plan, (which is a $595 setup fee + $59/month) then you don’t get all of the features they offer. You are also stuck with the templates they allow you to choose from and have to pay extra for squeeze pages and many other options. This means that you end up paying much much more then what is listed on the payment page in the end. There is very little to no customization either and they don’t look to ever have any plans on changing that since they are already very well known and doing fine as is. Some of the templates they let you choose from are pretty kick butt though.

Interactive REI Websites big separator from their competition is the interactive video choice. When you enter one of their custom sites,

you have it set up so a person pops up on the screen and talks to the visitor. It’s pretty cool to say the least. This custom website also has one unique difference from all the others… ONE TIME PAYMENT and it’s yours for life. The prices really aren’t bad either. You can buy one site for $295 or all 4 sites they offer for $1030. But remember, you only pay that once, then no monthly fees afterwards.
As far as features go, other then the video, they offer a handful of pre-mad templates to choose from. Though, not as fancy or plentiful as their competitors, they offer a solid template for the basic needs for a real estate investor but nothing to over the top. They also offer strong SEO to help get your site ranked in search engines.
The sales page, like many others I found, seems to lack much information. However, their basic features matched the criteria to make this list. They are VERY STRONG with their SEO and have a good selection of squeeze pages.

The fact that they have a screen shot of their SEO actually working is pretty awesome. SEO can really drive people to your site and in this case, get your site listed on a top 5 board

Cons
The cons, after comparing this site to REItheme and InvestorPro are pretty overwhelming. This site is for the person who doesn’t want to pay monthly fees, and doesn’t care about personalization. It is however a great bargain for those who want a quick and easy to manage site just so they have something live.
• RealInvestorWebsite.com
RealInvestorWebsite has a pretty sweet sales page first of all. Great real estate investor website design to start. They offer a lot videos to explain what it is exactly you get which absolutely awesome. Here is my favorite part about their sites. The minute you finish your submission form for your site, you get instant acces into it. There is no wait time for your site to be built, it’s already ready to go!
This company caters to those on the fly. This too is a very basic website and extremely easy to navigate and edit. They even allow you to create up to 10 more websites on your same account so you can have buyers, sellers, etc. The site is very customizable too as far as content goes. As stated on the sales page, “You can even create your page content using Microsoft Word and then copy and paste it into the page editor and you’re done!” Everything about this site screams “instant”. Most sites on the market require wait time for somebody to go in and make your site, or edit content etc but not RealInvestorWebsite.com.
As far as other features, they really don’t have anything unique. The offer the absolute basics, but at the speed of internet (which depending on your wifi connection varies.)

Cons
The cons for this website package are pretty basic… the fact that the site is pretty basic. It is the bare minimum, but just enough to get you by. It won’t wow a user, or a visitor. But it will do the job in collecting contact info, posting houses, and filling that spot on your business card where a website url should be.
• VirtualInvestorPlus.com
VirtualInvestorPlus is literally a virtual investor. They have the website set up so you can run your entire business through them and your custom website that they provide. They help you handle your incoming phone calls, manage your contacts and market your homes. The phone option is their unique awesomeness factor. You can record an automated answering service with details of your listings, contact info or directions to the houses. This gives you a very professional look when people give you a ring.
They also offer in their Platinum Package a VIP Virtual Office Manager option. They provide a live trained staff to answer calls and answer questions about your own property listings. Pretty awesome huh? Though these do come with a hefty fee, if your phone is off the hook all the time, this may be a great solution to be able to get off the cell a bit.
This website plan also gives you options for 6 different websites. A probate, foreclosure, lender, mortgage, buyer and seller site are all options to fit your specific needs. Now that is catering.

Cons
Well when a website has so much to offer, it can hurt them as well. Here’s the deal… If you want a website without all of the extra virtual office and answering service bonuses, you’re left with a very generic site. The page is exactly how it looks in the picture to the right except you can change your logo. The Platinum Package is over $3,000 too then plus multiple monthly fees for other services that come with the package. If I had the money to pay for this, I would hire a web developer to create my own site However, the options they have are pretty darn sweet and the site, for being non customizable, really doesn’t look that bad.
In Conclusion
So there you have it. That is the top five real estate investor websites on the market today.
