Titan FC officials on Thursday revealed to MMAWeekly.com that the promotion has inked its first deal with a female fighter.

Carina Damm has signed to fight for the promotion and will maker her debut at Titan FC 39 on June 10 at the Bank United Center in Coral Gables, Fla. Her opponent has yet to be named.

“Titan is excited to announce the signing of the first female mixed martial artist to our roster, as Carina Damm has agreed to a contract,” Titan CEO Jeff Aronson told MMAWeekly.com. “As we have proven time and time again, we are committed to signing the best athletes available, whether they are prospects, veterans, men or women. This is a great day for the promotion and we are looking forward to showcasing the great female fighters, beginning on June 10.”

Damm is a veteran fight with global experience. She currently has a 22-12 record, having fought the likes of current Invicta FC champion Tonya Evinger, UFC contender Cat Zingano, and countless other top fighters.

Titan FC 39 will be headlined by a previously announced bout between Pat Healy and Gesias “JZ” Cavalcante for the Titan FC lightweight title. The fight card will also include the promotional debut of another recent Titan FC signee, UFC veteran and The Ultimate Fighter 19 middleweight runner-up Dhiego Lima.
