“Karl loves to take me to walks or biking. This is how everything started. He would take me biking for at least 6 hours. He would come to my parents house with his bike and his bandana. Karl was a rock and roll dude, he wore ripped jeans and had a dozen rock band emblems on his shirt. We had two favourite spots for our dates. One of them was at our neighbours field, on top of ensilage balls looking at the sunset. The other spot was the alley heading to my house, we would linger there for about 30 minutes, to elongate our date and stare at stars. We just didn’t want to go home yet. This alley held us and gave us permission to linger some more, even though the moon was in the sky and everyone else were already sleeping. We weren’t, we were there under the trees holding each other and staring at the sky. Our ceremony was also there, under the same trees, this time they were holding us.” – the bride.
