Her first tour stop April 8 is at Open Book in Minneapolis, which houses the Loft Literary Center, Milkweed Editions and Minnesota Center for Book Arts.

She'll then visit MacPhail Center for Music to learn about its Online Partnership Programs and Online Early Childhood Music program.

Later, she'll watch a class at the Hmong Cultural Center in St. Paul on playing the qeej, a reed instrument made of wood and bamboo.
