After last week's tease about an undisclosed upcoming brick n'mortar location, popular food truck Hola Arepa has revealed its new home as 3501 Nicollet Ave., the space that formerly housed El Paraiso. According to Mpls.St.Paul Magazine's Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl, the space will seat 60 inside and 40 on the patio, with table service and a full cocktail program. The restaurant will serve dinner and brunch, plus possibly lunch.
Owners Christina Nguyen and Birk Stefan Grudem are planning to start construction this week, in hopes of a late April or May opening.
