Waking up on your birthday as a Little Toddler , full of anticipation of what’s to come is the best thing in the world. The night before her birthday I had to put her back to bed and tuck her in 5 times as she kept waking up every 10/15 minutes saying ” Mommy I am awake, it is my Birthday “
This is the first year she really has gotten it and has been super excited. And although this year we aren’t celebrating it big at home, we still couldn’t let it go by without having some fun. This weekend we will be having a small get together with family but yesterday we just surprised her with our bedroom decorated a little and some presents for the big day. We sat in bed and cuddled, watched cartoons, read her new book and played with her new toys, it was lovely
