I am an HVAC technician. My employment, for the last 5 years, has been to repair, services, and install heating and cooling systems in homes and businesses. My staff and I are fully licensed, insured, and EPA certified. I am also NATE-certified, meaning that I have completed a compilation of tests that validate my real working understanding of HVAC systems. NATE stands for North American Technician Excellence, and is the sole certification recognized by the total HVAC industry. I have received special training to take care of the installation and upkeep of ductless HVAC, heat pumps, in addition to boilers, along with gas and electric furnaces and central air conditioning. My business is even credited as a factory authorized dealer by a leading manufacturer in the HVAC industry. Our team of technicians continuously receive factory direct training, remaining current with technological innovations. We follow strict service procedures and depend on factory authorized parts whenever applicable. I take a great deal of pride within my work. I have heard the stories of HVAC technicians who leave customers awaiting their arrival for hours, cause damage in the customer’s home and leave a huge mess and debris behind. That’s not how my business operates. When you schedule a HVAC appointment, I arrive promptly, dressed professionally in uniform. I drive a fully-stocked service truck that also has state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and a wide range of replacement parts. My goal is always to complete your HVAC project in a single visit so you don’t have to pay a lot for service. For emergency repairs, I am on call, 24 hours daily, 365 days a year. I install only the best quality HVAC equipment and perform fixes that deliver long-term satisfaction.
