Here is my accountability pic today … Just finished #insanity (if you don’t know what that is its INSANE lol high intensity interval workout) and I don’t post this type of stuff often BUT I have been getting questions from a ton of you asking how I maintain my weight, have so much energy, what I drink for a protein smoothie, and what I have post workouts. Well to answer all of the above…. Shakeology. No lie I use to say I would never drink it but when I did my research I found out it is the best product for ME on the market bcuz it’s not just a weight loss drink that is low in calories so you are hungry an hour later but it’s a REAL meal that is all natural, very filling, and the healthiest calories you could put in your body!! i love that Im not putting a ton of gross chemicals in my body daily AND I am putting in a ton of fruits , veggies, vitamins, minerals, probiotics , etc. so yes it will help you lose weight if you use it for that purpose (my dad actually lost 20lbs in 30 days) but I personally use it as my secret weapon against cravings, my energy booster daily (need it as a busy mom of 2), my protein smoothie, my post workout meal, my multivitamin, my shield against the kids snot/boogers/germs/etc , my on the go quick meal, my answer to my sweet tooth, and this list could go on!!! I challenge you though to do your research and I could careless if you get it from me or not I just hope that this post could help someone look into this product and maybe try it to see if it is for you :) oh n ps I would drink this stuff if it taste like cough syrup but thankful @beachbodyhq makes it taste like dessert ❤❤❤
