After the success of our previous workshops we are running a new set on Thursday, September 10th at a dedicated venue on Hatton Garden, followed by the Mind the Product 2015 conference on Friday.

Based on your feedback we’re going much more advanced and in-depth on three of the workshops and continuing to offer our refresher course on Product Management Essentials. We’ve lined up four amazing full-day workshops with true experts in the field and we’re keeping them smaller than ever with a maximum of 25 attendees per workshop to ensure a quality experience.

MVPs, or Minimum Viable Products, can boost a product’s user experience exponentially. Teams who implement MVPs correctly will learn more about customers, waste less time, and deliver usable solutions faster. But, MVPs are wildly misunderstood today, and setting up one wrong can deliver false results. In this workshop you will learn the ins and outs of creating MVPs and how to introduce this concept into your companies successfully.

Through an understanding of the questions asked of and by Product Managers, this course will be highly focused on your actual business problems. Peter will provide frameworks and approaches for first defining the success of a change or release and then how to evaluate the performance after release. He will go through the analytics techniques he uses to dig through the data and get answers.
