METROLIFESTYLE Fitness Center hosted another Instructor’s Training for fitness professionals. This time with a world-class and latest fitness program called U-JAM FITNESS, a dance fitness program which has created a new fad in the dance fitness industry in different countries such as the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Brunei, and now the Philippines.

U-Jam Fitness is an addictive dance fitness workout that combines the hottest world beats and urban dance move flavor into a fun pre-choreographed dance fitness routine that will make one move, sweat out, and smile endlessly.

U-Jam Fitness was created in 2010 by Susy Marks and Matt Marks in San Jose, California, USA. Susy is a Hollywood dancer turned dance fitness expert while Matt is a DJ who loves to create music and new jive. A great talented couple ideal for the unstoppable success of U-Jam Fitness in implementing new wave in the fitness industry.

The first U-Jam Fitness Instructors Workshop in the Philippines was held in Davao City, Philippines because Metrolifestyle Fitness Center is one of the best advocates of continuing professional education of fitness instructors all over the region and the entire country.

The first U-Jam Fitness training was attended by the best group fitness instructors in Davao, Gensan, Tagum, Panabo, and Metro Manila. U-Jam Instructors Workshop was conducted by Enrique Salomao, a former teacher from Brazil now based in Australia as an international fitness trainer.

With U-Jam Fitness, people are expected to improve cardiovascular fitness, achieve weight loss and maintenance, and improve agility and coordination. For a truly athletic and cardiovascular workout, U-Jam is conducted in a 60-minute dance fitness class, but up to ninety minutes only for special classes and parties.
