In preparation for next Sunday’s Munster Football Final in Killarney (5th July 2015) Millstreet Pipe Band has been dedicatedly practising in the Town Park. And we note three young wonderfully loyal followers supporting throughout the practice…as well of course as Liam Coffey (in foreground) who is synonymous with the Band for some 56 years! The Band’s headquarters is at Carnegie Hall, Millstreet (pictured above). Let’s observe some more images captured this afternoon in the Town Park as the Band prepares to perform as the official Band at the highly prestigious event next Sunday – an occasion which receives live television coverage and much media attention.
