Because the US Bank Club Carlson card offers Club Carlson Gold status as a perk, if you have the card, you are eligible for both offers!
Club Carlson Gold Elite Members Can Book a Special 2 for 1 (or 4 for 2) Rate. If You Have the US Bank Club Carlson Visa, You Can Get the Offer, Too!
This is effectively a 50% discount if the free nights are the same price as the paid nights.
The Radisson Royal Beke Hotel in Budapest Is Included in the Promotion. Pay Just ~$90 for 2 Nights (After Taxes)!
The Radisson Blu Beke Hotel in Budapest is a participating hotel. I found 2 nights in November for ~$90 after taxes.
Taxes Add ~$16 to the Rate, But ~$45 for Each Night in Budapest Is Still a Great Price!

I also found dates at the Park Inn Prague, another participating hotel.

Save Over ~$400 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin When You Book 4 Nights and Get 2 of Them for Free
A few upscale hotels are included. And you can save hundreds of dollars with the promotional rates!
For example, you can save ~$416 dollars at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin. A 4-night stay would then average out to only ~$104 per night instead of over $200 per night.
The Radisson Blu Saga Hotel in Reykjavik is also participating. Rates there start at ~$236 per night, so you can save a lot of money if you find open dates!
Be Sure To Know the Terms of the Deal
To get the promotional rate, you must book at least 2 days in advance. And you can book up to 2 rooms. But you must occupy 1 of them.
For both promotions, the dates must be consecutive and include a Friday or Saturday.
With the 2 for 1 Promotional Rate, It’s Possible to Check in on Saturday and Get Sunday Free
For the 2 for 1 promotion, it’s possible to check in on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, and get a free night on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
And for the 4 for 2 promotion, the terms say you must:
Check in on Wednesday, and get Friday and Saturday free
Check in on Thursday, and get Saturday and Sunday free

Are There Drawbacks?
There is NOT a list of participating hotels, so you’ll have to check each hotel before you know whether or not you’ll get a discount.
For example, I checked the Radisson Blu Style Hotel in Vienna, but they are NOT participating in the promotions.

There is also NOT an expiration date on these promotions, so there is NO way of knowing when they’ll end. So if you have a hotel stay in mind, book it sooner rather than later.
You should be able to cancel it at a later date if you change your mind! Be sure to review each hotel’s cancellation policy to be sure.
A stay must include a Friday or Saturday for both promotions. And the 4 for 2 promotion requires a Wednesday or Thursday check-in. So if you aren’t planning a weekend trip, you won’t be able to take part.
Bottom Line
Club Carlson has special weekend rates at hotels in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, for its Gold elite members. And if you have the US Bank Club Carlson card, you’re automatically eligible to book discounted rooms!
You can either book 2 nights and get 1 night free, or book 4 nights and get 2 nights free. With both promotions, the last nights are free.
You’ll have to search each hotel individually to find out if it’s included in the promotion. And there is NO expiration date on either promotion in the terms and conditions, so book soon if you find a participating hotel where you want to stay.
