I know I say this every year, but we had one of the best Thanksgivings together that I can remember! We weren't able to see anyone in Paul's family, but I'm hoping we will in the next few weeks. We always have dinner at my mom and dad's house and she did a wonderful job! Everyone was stuffed, which is the point of course. :)
It's officially the Christmas season, yay! I have so many ideas to share with you in the next few weeks, be sure to carve out a little time to visit me here at Mostly Homemade Mom. Please let me know if there's a particular recipe you're searching for this month, I'll see what I can dig up!
Here's what I was up to last week, in case you missed it:
Chocolate Eggnog
This recipe is SO easy and perfect for the kiddos, my Wesley couldn't get enough of this one!
Sweet Balsamic Butternut Squash
This is the recipe to try if you've never had butternut squash - delicious, and a perfect side dish for holiday meals.
Now, it's December and that means every week is a busy week - ha! Here's our (tentative) plan:
Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps
Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese
Chips & Salsa Chicken Bake
New Soup Recipe with Cheddar Parmesan Bread
Waffle BLT with Fresh Herb Spread
