portland is one of our favorite cities and we are absolutely delighted to be participating in feast portland for the first time this year! you’ll find chef tosi at two events at this incredible food and drink festival this weekend!
tonight, we start the festival at the usa pears night market and will have our cake truffles for all attendees at what is known as the nation’s liveliest outdoor celebration of global street food!
on saturday, chef tosi will be a part of the cocoa comforts tasting panel to share our nostalgic, unique confections and the inspiration involved in their creation!
both events are currently sold out and we can’t wait to see you there!
