Tickets on Sale Today for New Route to Aguadilla and Increased Service on Popular Routes Serving Boston-Baltimore and Boston-Fort Lauderdale

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - December 21, 2015) - JetBlue (NASDAQ: JBLU) today announced it is adding a new route between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The airline will also add additional frequencies in Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, its South Florida focus city, and at Logan International Airport (BOS) in Boston, where JetBlue is the largest airline. Seats for all new flights are on sale starting today at jetblue.com.

The new route to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, will complement JetBlue's existing routes to the island destination from its New York and Orlando focus cities. The new non-stop service adds to JetBlue's growth in Fort Lauderdale where it now operates flights to more than 40 destinations. JetBlue is also a leading airline to the Caribbean and Latin America with up to 145 daily departures to the region. To celebrate the launch of this new route JetBlue is offering introductory fares starting at $59 one way (a) for flights from Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood to Aguadilla.

"We know that our many customers in South Florida and Puerto Rico expect nothing but the best air travel, which is why they love the award-winning service we proudly offer at JetBlue," said Dave Clark, vice president network planning, JetBlue. "In the spirit of continuing our growth in these two important markets, we are excited to offer this newest route to Aguadilla which will give customers more space, comfort and entertainment options than any airline in the region."

Roundtrip flights between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood and Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, will operate daily beginning May 5, 2016, on JetBlue's Embraer 190 aircraft, which features the most legroom in coach (b) and spacious two-by-two seating. All customers will enjoy the comfort of a window or aisle seat and the airline's awarding-winning service including complimentary and unlimited name-brand snacks and soft drinks and free first-run Hollywood movies.

In addition to the new route, JetBlue is adding flights to some of its most popular routes on the east coast. Starting May 5, 2016 the airline will add an additional daily roundtrip flight between Boston and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). The addition comes as JetBlue has grown significantly this year in Baltimore, recently adding service to Orlando and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood just last month.

Also beginning May 5, 2016, JetBlue will add an additional daily roundtrip non-stop flight between Boston and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, creating yet another link between two of the airlines busiest focus cities. The additional flight furthers the ongoing growth in both focus cities and will allow for even more connection options to international destinations in the Caribbean and Latin America on JetBlue or on JetBlue's extensive list of partner airlines at Logan International Airport.
