Since becoming obsessed with Asian beauty products, I have been experimenting with a number of products. COSRX, a new (cool) brand in South Korea that runs in their skincare products. I have realise that my skin just loves loves anything bee related through other products. So propolis, royal jelly, bee venom, honey…you name it, my skin loves it. I will not go in to too much details about the acclaimed benefits of each but propolis is the first listed ingredient of this mask and generally it is said to be a mild antibacterial and helps wounds heal.

Packaging
The cream comes in a sturdy jar containing 50 g, but it doesn’t come with a spatula unfortunately. If you want to keep it hygienic you should use a spatula instead of your fingers for taking out the cream.
Texture
The moisturizing honey mask is scentless and has a yellow color, it’s a very light easily to spread texture. The gel imparts a cooling, soothing sensation and dries down quickly to an almost weightless gossamer film.
After the gel absorp into my skin, it feels that my face is well hydrated and it glows a little. Not that glow of oiliness because when I saw my forehead and cheeks got a little shine...I touched it but no trace of oil on it.
I’ve enjoyed using the Ultimate Moisturizing Honey Overnight Mask so much in the last few weeks that it’s been hard for me to make myself try any other final step moisturizer. It’s a good thing I’ve been able to make it work for me as a night cream. COSRX markets this product primarily as a sleeping pack, but I’ve found it works just as nicely as a daytime moisturizer, thanks to its smooth and totally non-greasy finish.
