===Bjaarksif===

+

+

A region famous for its ale, which is brewed by the monks of the Holy Wœrjard order, using the famous Golden Bjarksif Malt. It is said that the Arch-Guardian of the Order keeps the recipe inside a dungeon, deep within the mountains of Skjorlimund, and all who see it must swear an oath to secrecy before Gods and Men.

+

+

The region is mostly Mountainous and covered in Oak and Maple forests, save for the grassy enclave around Throndor Lake. The main castle is Castle Crew, held by the House of Crew since before Age of Kings, when they were Kings of Bjarksif and the Albaard.

+

+

Following the Great War of Aśdårla at the end of the Dark Age, King Cadorac the Humble bent the knee to Harald I, thus joining Bjarksif to the newly founded Kingdom of Domus. His successor, Karl the Builder, moved the seat to Castle Crew, which he built on the border with the Southfold, due to the suspicion with which he regarded Balfrig, Lord of the Southfold; the two Houses had fought against each other during the war. However, this grudge is now non-existent.

+

The Men of Bjarksif are said to be strong folk, brown of hair and eyes, of medium height, yet sturdy nonetheless. The shield wall of the Albaard is very famous throughout Domus.

The Greaterlord is '''Charlie, Lord of Bjaarksif'''. The Lesserlords are; '''Luke, Lord of Skjorlimund''' and '''Llywelyn, Lord of the Albaard'''.

===Durangárd===

+

+

The men of Durangárd trace their ancestry back to the hardy men who inhabited the plains of Gjorland during the Age of No-Kings, those who walked beside the Earthen and sang of ice and stones and woods and rivers when the world was young. Durangard is most famous for its animal, the Gjorlandic Ox, which inhabits the plains of Gjorland, and is the sigil of Durangárd. The mighty Ox can reach 10 feet in height and 12 feet in length and can weigh up to two tons. They are covered in thick, long fur that is black or white in the summer months, and white or grey in the winter. They have big, rounded horns, much like the horns of a ram. The first King of Durangárd, Bökk Great-beard, built his hall in the Great Hill Above the Plains, giving rise to the name by which that stronghold is known today, Bokenburg, or Bökk's Fortress. Krövhelm, the second city of Durangard, was built during the Age of Kings. Alas, in the year 132 of that era, during the Great War of Aśdårla, it was burnt and pillaged by Osfric of the March, Lord of the then independent Nordmark. However, Durangardic forces recaptured the area two months later, led by Elfgild the Grim, who then went on to sack much of the Nordmark and the villages north of Ulüundíl. Krövhelm was rebuilt years after the war, whereupon it became an important city on the Frost-road, thus becoming prosperous. The plains of Gjorland, which make up much of the Durangardic territory, are dotted with fine homesteads and halls, inhabitted by the men who are excellent farmers, yet more than willing to take up arms if the Lord calls the swords.The men of Durangard are said to have exceptionally fine beards, and a hearty appetite for roast Gjorlandic Ox seasoned with Fireseed berries.

===Great Northern Waste===

+

+

The history of the Great Northern Waste stretches back to the Dark Age, and is a history wrought in blood and ice. It is said that before the Dark Age, before the Earthen sailed and the Night-Sea froze, The North was a prosperous land, rich and fertile, where the sun ever shone on golden meadows and lush green fields. However, after the freezing of the Night Sea, the North became a cold land, harsh and icy, covered in forty feet of snow; during this age many died, and only the strong lived to have sons. This was during the Long Winter, and when Fraewulf prevailed over the darkness, and gave back light to men, the cold receded. However, the North remains a very cold land, the coldest province in all of Domus. In summer, crops can be grown in the fertile low valleys, though the mountains are always covered in snow. In winter nought can grow, for the cold winds rise and the ice storms blow. Perhaps the most famous hero of this province is Arnulf, Sword of the North who is remembered, amongst other things, for his epic duel against Balfryg the Bold. The two men fought atop the peak of the Dwarrowforge, in a duel that lasted 2 months, 3 weeks and 4 days. Thunder roared every time their swords clashed, the winds howled about them, and lightning flashed across the heavens. Neither man won, for it is said that the Gods themselves intervened, for they were so impressed by the duel that they declared both men victors. The men of the north are stout, hardy folk, white of hair and blue of eyes, and able to withstand the most ferocious frost-winds.

===Marches of Volgrün===

+

+

Of old, at the start of the age of Swords, the Marches of Volgrün were divided into two separate kingdoms; the Nordmark, to the north, and the Volmark, to the south. Both were engaged in constant skirmishes with each other. However, being of the same ilk, when the Great War of Aśdårla erupted Grün the Disgruntled, King of the Volmark, and Osfric of the March, King of the Nordmark, made common cause to protect their homeland. Alas, during the siege of Bokenburg Osfric of the March was slain by Rulfwyn of Baneharrow, leaving no surviving heirs. However, as he lay dying on the field of battle, his sword clenched tightly in his hand, he ordained that Grün, who was his sixth cousin, should become King of the Nordmark. Grün merged the two kingdoms together, and although he named the new kingdom Volnord, he was such a popular King that the name Volgrün stuck. The Marches of Volgrün consist of rocky, barren mountains and low green hills, and a popular jest in Domus is that the women of Volgrün reflect its geography; barren, dull and hard to ride. Also infamous of Volgrün are the Thousand Peaks of Djillia, which make up the westernmost border of Domus. The tallest peak is said to be 13,500 metres tall. Gylfred the Hardy once attempted to traverse the peaks of Djillia, in the hopes of finding a pass from whence a trade route could be established to the lands west of Domus. However, he never returned, and 'The Lament of Gylfred' is now a very popular song in the mead-halls of Volgrun. The men of Volgrun are said to be stout, reserved men, grey of eyes and with a knack for the great-axe.

The Greaterlord is '''Sean, Lord of Volgrün'''. The Lesserlords are; '''Thomas, Lord of the March''' and '''William, Lord of Highpeak'''.

===Sacred Forest of Ulüundíl===

+

+

A mysterious and eerie place entirely filled with trees of magnificent stature and size. The people are zealous yet innovative, stoic yet hedonistic, they strive for peace yet revel in battle.

+

+

The first Lord of the Uülundílians, Justîl son of Yl-Galań, was a scholar by birth, and was not expected to take up his lord-father's position as lord due to being a younger son - however, due to the untimely death of his brother, Astiir, he became the heir to his people. Having found that the sap of the Uülundílian oak, when mixed with the twigs of a fallen Frél ash could have healing properties, he lived for another 250 years. The sap not only had exceptional healing properties, but if used too much, It can reverse the body's growth system - so instead of growing into a wiser and wiser ruler, King Justîl became, literally, younger and younger, in the process losing the memories of his early years and changing his eye colour into a deep oaken green. At the beginning of the Golden Age, Justîl is in the form of a boy, of 17 years to the eye, and going by his name in the common tongue; Justin. During the war of the nine kingdoms, Justîl took the title of 'King under the Forest' and began to develop wooden war machines and build his army of archer-scouts. He made his Father's Father's age-old residence into a fortress that would be known in this age as the common translation: "Fort Justin". The people of Uülundíl were the first to swear allegiance to Tulk'àn - they are master archers, tall, gold of hair, azure or scarlet of eyes, quiet and introspective, wise and intelligent. Some heroes of their people are; Quint the Bowman; Piin-sûl-Liin Tree-Climber; and Justîl, King under the Forest. Their Sigil is the owl and their words are: "While we wait, we prepare".

The Greaterlord is '''Justin, Lord of Ulüundíl'''. Ulüundíl has no Lesserlords.
