NOHO Inc (OTCMKTS:DRNK) has seen a big pop in price after the Company announced an LOI to partner up with Miracle Smoke, Inc. to develop, manufacture and distribute cannabidiol (CBD) beverages throughout the United States.  The closing of this proposed transaction is subject to the completion of due diligence and the execution of definitive agreements on or before June 30, 2015.

CEO Jay Grdina said “We have been researching the CBD landscape over the last year and believe it to really be a strong market for us to enter into. On April 7 DRNK announced they have signed a distribution deal with A.R. Artemis Import and Distribution, Inc., a subsidiary of Wissotzky Tea, to distribute NOHO beverages throughout Israel. Wissotzky Tea is based in Israel with offices in London and the United States of America.

Currently trading at a $2.3 million market valuation (based on 327,875,187 shares outstanding and $0.007 pps) DRNK is late on their filings, filing a NT 10-K on March 31. The 10Q from November 19, 2014 shows minimal assets or revenues and significant rising short term debt (this can and does lead to massive dilution).
