Ronny Just, Erosion and Sediment Control Overview Council
Just is the external issues manager for Georgia Power. He has served on the boards of the Georgia Institute of Environmental Leadership, the Clean Air Campaign and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Energy and Environment Committee. He previously worked as a loaned executive from Georgia Power to the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, serving as the interim vice president for Transportation Policy. He was awarded Georgia Southern University Alumnus of the Year for the College of Math & Science in 2013, has chaired the school’s advisory board and serves on the Environmental Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Georgia. Just also directs Georgia Power’s ongoing research grant programs for the University of Georgia and Georgia State University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Georgia Southern. He and his wife, Kim, have two children. They reside in Gainesville.
Robert Brant Lane, Erosion and Sediment Control Overview Council
Lane is a partner with Hodges, Harbin, Newberry and Tribble, Inc., a civil and environmental engineering firm located in Macon and Savannah. He has more than 17 years of experience with civil and environmental engineering projects in the Southeast and is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and other Southeastern states. Lane serves on the advisory board of the Heritage Bank of the South and is a former board member of the Joseph’s Home for Boys. Brant earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He and his wife, Marcy, have one child. They reside in Statesboro.
John B. Harrison, Jr., Erosion and Sediment Control Council
Harrison is the president of Baldwin Paving Co., Inc. He serves on the President’s Council at Furman University and is a member of the Georgia Highway Contractors Association and Georgia Asphalt Pavement Association. Harrison earned a bachelor’s degree from Furman University. He and his wife, Katy, reside in Sandy Springs.
Bert M. Brantley, Erosion and Sediment Control Overview Council
Brantley currently serves as the deputy executive director of the State Road and Tollway Authority. He previously worked in private sector marketing and public relations. Brantley also served in various communications roles for state agencies, including the Department of Transportation, the Department of Economic Development and Gov. Sonny Perdue’s administration. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Tonya, have two children. They reside in McDonough.
Marc A. Mastronardi, Erosion and Sediment Control Overview Council
Mastronardi is the Georgia Department of Transportation’s State Construction Engineer and is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and New York. Mastronardi serves on the board of directors of the Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control program. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers and the Order of the Engineer. Mastronardi is a certified professional in both erosion & sediment control and storm water quality and is a certified instructor for the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission’s Level II Design Professional certification. He has served on multiple advisory research panels for the National Cooperative Highway Research Program regarding erosion and sediment control. Mastronardi earned an associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the State University of New York, Broome. He and his wife, Julie, have one son. They reside in Peachtree City.
Trip Addison, Erosion and Sediment Control Overview Council
Addison serves as the assistant director of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division. He previously served as the deputy director of the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget and as a policy adviser to Gov. Deal in the areas of natural resources, tax, labor and economic development. Addison previously served as chairman of the Georgia Occupational Regulation Review Council. He is a member of the Georgia Special Advisory Commission on Mandated Health Insurance Benefits and the Georgia Southern University College of Business Young Alumni Board. Addison earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. He and his wife, Ashley, reside in Atlanta.
Terry England, Erosion and Sediment Control Overview Council
England, a farmer and agribusinessman, currently serves as the state representative for Georgia’s 116th House District. He is the chairman of the House Appropriations Committee and co-chair of the Agricultural Education Advisory Commission. England currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Southern Legislative Conference (SLC) and is a past chairman of the SLC Agricultural and Rural Development Committee. He and his wife, Cindy, reside in Auburn.
Connie C. Jee, Board of Commissioners of the Commission on Equal Opportunity
Jee serves as the executive director of the Asian American Resource Center. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University, a master’s of Divinity in Christian Education from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a doctorate of Ministry in Family Counseling from the Luther Rice Seminary and University. She has one child and resides in Suwanee.
Dr. William “Sonny” Walker, Board of Commissioners of the Commission on Equal Opportunity
Walker is the founder and president of the Sonny Walker Group, a management consulting firm in Atlanta. He has served on the boards of United Way, the Urban League, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference and is a member of One Hundred Black Men of America. He is an active community volunteer, public speaker and lecturer. Walker earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and studied further at Arizona State University. He has four children and resides in Atlanta.
Angela Hsu, Board of Commissioners of the Commission on Equal Opportunity
Hsu serves as the vice president of Legal at Duke Realty Corp. She previously served as an officer and board member on a number of local and regional organizations including Regional Leadership Foundation, the Georgia chapter of the Organization of Chinese Americans, the Emory University Board of Visitors and the Georgia Asian Pacific Islander Bar Association. Hsu earned an undergraduate degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of California at Berkley and a juris doctor from Emory University School of Law. She and her husband, Jack, have two children. They reside in Peachtree Corners.

Yadav is a small business owner in Camden County. She serves on St. Mary’s Tourism Board and the Camden County Salvation Army Advisory Board. Yadav earned a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from Georgia Southern University. She and her husband, Chandra, have two children. They reside in Kingsland.
Ritesh “Rick” Desai, Board of Commissioners of the Commission on Equal Opportunity
Desai currently serves as the director of Public Relations for BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Lilburn. He previously served as the president and chairman of the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and is the current chair of the International Festival in Lilburn. Desai served on the transition committee for Secretary of State Brian Kemp. He also served as the co-chair of the Asian-American Commission for a New Georgia’s Economic Development Committee under Gov. Sonny Perdue. Desai earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He and his wife, Sheetal, have three children. They reside in Buford.
