Behold metalheads!!! Resurrection Fest just dropped one hell of a lineup for 2017 Edition. Here’s what they have to say:
“The wait has come to an end and with it comes the biggest announcement in Resurrection Fest history. 64 bands make the first advance of Resurrection Fest Poster 2017. This year we managed to outdo even more and bring one of the biggest bands on the planet, the most requested over the years, and will headlining the festival on a date only in Spain and Portugal in 2017 . It is the Germans Rammstein, who will carry the best live Viveiro world, a complete show full of all its pyrotechnics and scenography that any metal fan can miss Peninsula.
The surprises do not stay there, since another of the bands most requested from our beginnings and one of the most important bands of punk rock, Rancid , will also be at the festival alongside the also acclaimed Dropkick Murphys , all an insured party. Suicidal Tendencies with Dave Lombardo (Slayer original battery), Agnostic Front , Comeback Kid , Terror , Snapcase , Deez Nuts or The Bouncing Souls also will in turn delight fans of punk and hardcore. For those of you like metalcore and the current progressive metal, have the great Architects , instrumental Animals As Leaders , Bury Tomorrow , The Devil Wears Prada for the first time in Spain, Northlane and many more.
On the other hand, if you are of them that you love the hard rock, Australians Airbourne , reincarnation of the spirit more AC / DC. Staying within the extreme metal , Arch Enemy will perform for the first time at the festival, and we will have gems like Mayhem playing his legendary album “De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas” Napalm Death , The Black Dahlia Murder or Taake . We do not forget the folk metal because Eluveitie and Korpiklaani make us dance until the wee hours, or thrash with Lost Society or Warbringer .
