: Hi Winifred, I asked in Czech chapter and US$ 1,028 was actually transfered to consolidated grants which are under supervision of Wikimedia Foundations and ruled by Wikimedia Czech Republic. This transaction took place in 2010. This was part of the agreement between user:Danny B. and Erik Möller in autumn 2010, however we do not have any traceable links on Meta or in our inner chapter about this deal between them (or I do not know about it). However, as I understand, the main part of this deal was that money from older grants (like this one) will not be send back to Wikimedia Foundation but they will be use as a part of larger budget obtained from Foundation. However, I am not sure if the last part of deal was done with Erik, Barry or even with Asaf. But money were transfered to FIO bank account 2011-01-25 and merged with Mediagrant money.
