Our Client based in Liverpool City Centre needs an experienced IT Support candidate to work on their help desk to resolve 1st Line queries. Acting as the first point of contact for the IT Technical Support Desk on a daytoday basis and providing first line support to all internal and limited external users the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous 1st Line experience. Support the IT Technical team in the maintenance of the IT network/hardware. Maintain password security, performing password resets where required and ensure careful use of computer systems and software by others. Assist with IT admin tasks as required.
