Meropa is looking for a consultant to work in our technology division in our Johannesburg office.
The ideal candidate must have:
Relevant degree or diploma in Public Relations / Communications / Journalism;
Minimum of 4 – 5 years public relations agency experience;
Experience working on clients in the corporate / business to business sector is essential;
Experience in the technology and consumer technology space an advantage;
Strong writing ability – primarily for business media;
Experience working on integrated campaigns and in the digital and social media space an advantage;
Strong media relationships with business to business media;;
A proactive self-starter who has great attention to detail;
Experience in working on multi-national clients and with teams across multiple countries and markets an advantage;
Proven track record of exceptional client delivery and satisfaction.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, plus benefits (medical aid and pension).
