Over the years, people have been buying refurbished iPhones from online retailers like Best Buy and eBay, but buying a phone directly from Apple holds a certain advantage. To begin with, if you buy it directly from Apple, the iPhone will come with a brand new outer shell and a new battery. Secondly, the phones come with a 1-year warranty. Furthermore, if you buy a refurbished iPhone from Apple, you get AppleCare+ for it that protects your phone against screen damage or any other physical problems.
