Twitter spats are one of the coolest things to watch online and the deadliest, to say the least, if both the parties are hell bent on bringing each other down. No offense, but if you ever feel bored, don’t have anything to do and lethargy takes its toll on you, be assured that Twitter will be your messiah and provide you the needed dose of humour. Well, credit our nose for smelling drama from almost anywhere that we came across this marvelous exchange aka a Twitter War, between author J K Rowling of Harry Potter fame and Piers Morgan who is, well known for stirring up controversy out of anything under the sun.

This twitter feud happened after Morgan recently appeared on a US talk show and spoke in defense of President Donald Trump’s immigration ban. In an episode of ‘Real Time with Bill Maher’, comedian Jim Jefferies asked Morgan to “f**k off” when the latter refused to accept the order of the Muslim ban.
Rowling then took to Twitter to share her opinion on the episode and things escalated at lightning speed.

Morgan, who is known for not letting things slide just like that, wasn’t too far behind in replying to Rowling’s tweet and jokes that this is why he doesn’t read Harry Potter. Obviously, he was later trolled when he acknowledged the fact that his son his a Potter addict.
What ensued after that was a long trail of sheer pleasure for the viewers’ eyes.

Rowling even shared a screenshot of an award she won after beating some noted personalities and Morgan was one of them. Even Burnol won’t help soothe this sick burn.

This isn’t the first time that Morgan got into a Twitter war with someone, but getting majorly trolled seems to be a pattern that he should be well aware of by now. Earlier, it was Virender Sehwag who destroyed Morgan on Twitter with his sarcasm, wit and humour and now JK Rowling has gotten a few blows in as well.
