In 2013 Topps produced a 75th Anniversary set. In that set it included "buyback" cards that were reinserted into packs. [http://www.topps.com/topps-75th-anniversary.html] This 1979 Star Trek set was chosen to be one of those buyback sets. A buyback card is distinguishable by a gold foil Topps logo printed on the face of the card.
