There are two vacancies to be filled for the portfolio manager role (1 junior, 1 senior)

Job description:

Management of properties in Cape Town area – Atlantic Seaboard up to CBD, dealing with suppliers and all site requirementsManage accounts with existing clients and new clients

Effectively liaise with all suppliers and employees regarding projects, tasks, maintenance etc.

Submit weekly reports to managers

Ideal Candidate:

Have management experience and used to working with a variety of suppliers

Experience in the hospitality industry

Be healthy and fit to travel to different locations and sites, have own transport

Have basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel)

Must be tech-savvy and an effective communicator

Young, energetic and passionate about people
