DS is bored with what's on offer & I need to lose weight, so can someone please help point me in the right direction of what to look for & what to avoid when it comes to cereal. I don't mind muesli, DS usually prefers something with crunch to it but not nuts or those cluster things that are in some cereals. I told him I would take him shopping this afternoon as its one meal both kids usually eat without fuss so want to take the opportunity to give them something good.
