Summary:
At our OBGYN Clinic, The RN Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities of the RN Registered Nurse:
Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Education & Experience — Requirements for the role of RN Registered Nurse:
Clinical nursing experience within the past five (5) years preferred.
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Licenses & Certifications:
AHA – Healthcare Provider CPR required.
Current Tennessee RN, APN, or APN-Pres license or Compact State Registered Nurse License required or obtained by date of hire
