6600 to 10000 QR Tax free Basic monthly salary

Requirements

EDUCATION: BA or Masters in Health/Business Management.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years data analysis, budget preparation reporting and operational reporting. 3 years working knowledge of hospital department operations.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Word, Excel, Power Point.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Essential to be fluent in written and oral English.

 

Job Details

Position Summary:

1. Within the mission, vision and values of the Medical Corporation, directs and coordinates the

Preparation of the operational and capital budget for the entity.

2. Conducts monitoring of fiscal operations for compliance with the approved budget.

3. Implements hospital general policies.

4. Exercises control over financial resources and expenditures at the entity level.

5. Ensures the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the organization.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Assists the Acting Chief of Medical Academic & Research Affairs and Executive Directors in the preparation of the annual budgets for the entity in coordination of Assistant Medical Director Business and project Management and all deputy chiefs for medical , academic and research affairs.

2. Prepares the final budget for management review.

3. Coordinates feasibility studies and financial analyses as to the implementation of new programs and

projects.

4. Monitors allocation of expenditures in line with budget.

5. Designs and implements processes to manage the necessary financial and other operational data to

make decisions and monitor performance.

6. Analyzes patterns and trends and consults with departments as necessary to determine causes of

variances.

7. Prepares reports for entity administration with narrative explanations of deviations from approved budget.

8. Establishes an effective interface with the Corporate Departments.

9. Participates in the strategic planning efforts at the entity level.

10. Participates in and provides leadership for cross-functional and organizational-wide performance

11. Supervise the administrative function of the general administrative and support team.

Is empowered to make routine operational decisions that will support the leadership of the hospital.
