Collect:  Maine College of Art Fall Art Sale 2014

Portland, Maine, 9/7/14~  Maine College of Art presents its second annual art sale in support of MECA’s scholarship fund and participating artists.  Collect:  MECA’s Fall Art Sale 2014 is a three-day salon-style extravaganza of art and is a great opportunity to discover emerging artists, view new work by established artists, and build or add to an art collection.  The art sale features  a unique, diverse and unexpected array of original work in a variety of genres with a range of sizes, prices and media, including furniture, sculpture, jewelry, paintings, prints, photography, textiles, drawings, and more.

Art improves our quality of life and makes communities better. Collect:  MECA’s Fall Art Sale 2014 provides an opportunity for both experienced and novice art buyers to invest in original art that will enhance their lives while providing working artists with a sustainable future.  Collect:  MECA’s Fall Art Sale 2014 features artists with ties to the MECA community, including MECA staff, faculty, alumni and students.
