There are days when I can’t believe that I get paid to be a blogger. Days like last Wednesday when I walked into this amazing brunch featuring and sponsored by Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry and prepared and styled by my talented friend, Laura of Pink Cake Plate blog. The assignment of the day was to enjoy brunch and to share it with you all on social media. Check and check!

Today, I am excited to show you more details of this beautiful brunch! I had so much fun discovering all of the details Laura incorporated. The Spring colors and contemporary boho motif would translate well to an Easter brunch you might be planning.

She came up with so many fun and delicious ways to incorporate the Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry in different dishes–both savory and sweet. Again, any of these would be great at your Easter brunch or dinner and would help make the occasion feel that much more special.

Of course, I had to try one of everything. Here is the menu and the assortment of pastry pretties on my plate.

Everyone was blown away by the woven salad bowls she created from Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry. Aren’t they to die for? The other surprise in the salad was the croutons made with Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry and Fleur de Sel. So delicious and perfect with the salad! I thought the mini churros (waffle crisps) were so clever and delicious. Really it was all so good!

Aside from the Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry deliciousness, I loved the make-your-own mock mimosas station with three kinds of fruit juice to mix with sparkling cider! Such a great idea for brunch!

I loved all of the decorations and details and the whole feel of the event. I felt privileged to have been invited, which is what I strive for my guests to feel when I am hosting a party.

Did I mention several of my favorite bloggy friends were there? So were a few new friends, so chatting and gabbing were also on the agenda as well as making these cute magnets. The arrow one was made from a paper that had the party logo on it. A fun and easy crafty project to do.

We also got to take home these beautiful chocolates in the boho chic style and colors of the party.

Our main party favor, however, was our own box of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry to experiment with at home. I immediately consulted my resident foodie, aka BSB about ideas to try. He wanted to go savory. I wanted to go cute, but we got hungry before I had a chance to try my cute idea–which is really really cute. So we went for yummy first. But this dough is really versatile and fun to work with so we kept experimenting. It is made with the same basic ingredients as pie pastry, but the dough is folded multiple times to create layers. When baked, steam makes the layers rise about 8 times higher so you end up with a wonderfully light and flaky crust.

I’m going to share our delicious Pizza Puffs with you in this post, and then stay tuned for an upcoming post with Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Easter cuteness inspired by Laura’s amazing salad bowls.

We love pizza at our house! Making it inside of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry, makes if fun, fancier, and oh so yummy! It is quite simple to do and would make a great appetizer or finger food for any party or occasion. They are basically mini-calzones with a light, flakey, buttery crust. They were a big hit with all of our family!

I’m including a printable recipe below. We made two kinds: Sausage and Mushroom, and Margherita Style. You could do any combination of fillings, just like you can choose pizza toppings.
