This week is going to be a bit unusual for us with some evening school and weekend activities going so my meal plan is pretty simple this week. I like simple though!

Here’s what’s on the menu for us this week:

Monday: Rustic Italian Tortellini Soup and crusty rolls.

Tuesday: Pub style chicken with mashed potatoes from freezer (from Dream Dinners) and garden salad

Wednesday: Easy Chicken, Rice and Black Bean Tortilla Soup

Thursday: leftovers

Friday: leftovers

Saturday: special activity, out to eat!

Sunday:Panini sandwiches and garden salad
