Highly talented high school musicians who call Chula Vista home will be performing a spirited and enthusiastic concert at the Southwestern College’s Mayan Hall, located at 900 Otay Lakes Road, on Saturday, May 25th. The concert starts at noon for the Bonita Vista High School Club Blue Band’s finale concert. Club Blue has had a wonderful season, competing strongly in many local and national festivals and the concert will be of high caliber. You’ll enjoy a great variety of music, played by the elite ensembles, including the wind ensemble, the jazz ensemble, the show choir band, and several other students who live in Chula Vista. Auction Treasures for Your Chula Vista Home The concert also features delicious food and a silent and a live auction with amazing items. Proceeds from the auctions will go to support Club Blue’s members in competing at local and national festivals. As the concert is close to Chula Vista homes and funds raised are devoted directly to the music program, you’ll be supporting a great educational opportunity for young people. Bring the kids who live in your Chula Vista home, as well. They may be inspired to learn an instrument well enough to joiue’s many audition-only ensembles, too.
