Oxford might be the oldest university in the English-speaking world, but its full-time MBA programme is still relatively young. So when Anna Farrus moved from Barcelona’s IESE Business School to Oxford’s Saïd Business School, she came to put her own stamp on Saïd’s admission strategy. For her a good GMAT score doesn’t necessarily count for a good student, as she says emotional intelligence is as important as academic excellence.
