There's a new look for a long-time Bathurst call centre.

IMP Customer Care has been rebranded to the Blue Ocean Contact Centers brand.

President and COO Andrew O'Brien says the Bathurst operation is central to the company's plans for future growth.

The centre's customer care team will remain the same under the Blue Ocean brand and will have greater resources and expanded infrastructure in order to serve clients.

Blue Ocean's Amy Bennet says the rebrand came into effect on Friday, May 13th, and that the centre's new sign has already been installed.

The Bathurst call centre has been in operation for more than 15 years and employs roughly 120 people.
