The Casper Area Economic Development Alliance plans to request funds from the Wyoming Business Council to construct a 30 000 square foot shell of a building in Natrona County.
The speculative building to be built with the help of a grant from the Business Ready Grant and Loan Program would be available for lease to an incoming company that would not otherwise have chosen Casper for business.
