**JOB SUMMARY**

TheSenior Manager, Brand Partnerships \(JW, Luxury Collection & W Hotels\) providesleadership for the development and management of brand partnerships for theportfolio of luxury/lifestyle brands\)\. Responsibilities include developing the strategic direction andidentifying partnership opportunities, representing the brands businessinterests and leading negotiations, developing and managing relationships withthese partner organizations, and initiating and supporting the execution ofmarketing activities to support them\. The position requires strong relationship management, planning,negotiation, communication, and analytical skills\. Thinking outside the box isan essential skill, as is the ability to work with both internal and externalstakeholders across disciplines \(e\.g\., Marketing, PR, Brand, Finance, GlobalOperations Services, eCommerce, etc\.\) and balancing the needs of both\.

Theposition will assist with evaluating new brand partnership opportunities in acrossdiverse industries, as well as supporting the current roster of luxury travelpartnerships\. By fully leveraging the power of the assigned portfolio of brand,the Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships \(JW,Luxury Collection, W Hotels\) will engagecurrent and new partners to bring the various brand portfolios to lifein ways that improve brand image metrics globally, drive engagement and loyaltythrough the Marriott Rewards programs, and help create top\-of\-mind awarenessand excitement around the brands with target guests\.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED**

+ 4\-year degree from an accrediteduniversity in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
+ 8 years of relevant professionalexperience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive careergrowth and pattern of exceptional performance\.
+ Experience in the luxury hospitality or retail industry,particularly related to marketing or developing partnerships
+ Experience in corporate marketing, partnerships, oragency side focused on partnerships or promotions\.
+ Brand and/or Marketing experience providing workingknowledge of five or more of the following areas: brand management, strategicalliances, direct sales, interactive/online services, advertising, promotions,hotel operations, loyalty marketing, and direct marketing\.
