**_Job Summary_**
Voyage is Marriott International''s global leadership development program for recent university graduates. The program offers a foundation of development, resources and support for future leaders of our company across our portfolio of brands. This innovative program is a combination of hands-on, discipline-specific training and leadership-focused curriculum all accessed through an innovative virtual environment. The 12-18 month duration of the program is designed to meet a Voyager''s individual training needs. The training will take place at a Marriott International managed hotel.
Through the Voyage program, Voyagers will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in Marriott''s rich culture and diverse portfolio of brands. Joining this elite group of future leaders will allow a Voyager to shape his or her career and expand their horizons. Marriott''s 12-18 month, full-time, paid leadership development program for recent university graduates offers a number of opportunities to enrich a Voyager''s future career:

**_Eligibility/Requirements_**

To be eligible, candidates must have graduated within the past 12 months or be currently enrolled in a college/university with an expected graduation date within 12 months.
To participate in the Voyage Program, permanent work authorization for the applicable country is required. We do not provide work authorizations so please be sure to have authorization before applying. The process is different in the Middle East and Africa – work with local authorities to acquire appropriate permits to work in a particular country.
**PLEASE NOTE: The assessment centre for this voyage programme will take place on Monday 30th June at the Renaissance Hotel in Manchester.**
