**Qualifications**

The Regional Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Vice\-Presidentof HR, Operations\. He/she focuses ondelivering HR support services that meet or exceed the needs of the AreaDirectors of Human Resources within a region\.They will function as a critical memberof the Regional HR Planning & Support team and will work closely withnumerous internal teams and market\-based stakeholders to ensure successful productdelivery and HR generalist reporting and support\.

**ReportConstruction, Management, and Analysis**

\-\{PS\.\.0\}\->\-\{PS\.\.1\}\->Works closelywith the Regional HR team, internal communications and associated HR teams tosupport data collection for specific business requests ensuring accurate andcomplete requirements and thorough quality assurance to ensure data isvalidated prior to distribution\.

**AssociateRelations**

\-\{PS\.\.22\}\->\-\{PS\.\.23\}\->Assists with theadministration of recognition programs for regional hourly and managementassociates; provides suggestions to improve existing programs or introduces newconcepts to maintain associate interest and involvement \(in collaboration with Director,Planning & Support for Regional Office\)

**Administration**

\-\{PS\.\.30\}\->\-\{PS\.\.31\}\->Supports the maintenanceof the Human Resource Information System in accordance with Human ResourcesStandard Operating Procedures\.

\-\{PS\.\.32\}\->\-\{PS\.\.33\}\->Assists ADHRs inadministration and coordination of interviewing process as applicable\. \(e\.g\.\-regional, market and new properties\)

\-\{PS\.\.34\}\->\-\{PS\.\.35\}\->Responsible forensuring regularly scheduled communication regarding Human Resources processesand/or programs is distributed in timely fashion according to agreed up cycle

\-\{PS\.\.38\}\->\-\{PS\.\.39\}\->Complete offerletters, relocation forms and transfers for Full Service GMs, HR Leadership,and Regional Office

**Coordination & Communication**

\-\{PS\.\.40\}\->\-\{PS\.\.41\}\->Regional pointperson for key communication re: programs and process changes, meetings, andRegional announcements

\-\{PS\.\.42\}\->\-\{PS\.\.43\}\->Work with Director,Planning & Support to identify and create communications for the field onregional programs, projects, process enhancements

\-\{PS\.\.44\}\->\-\{PS\.\.45\}\->Assist withlogistics for Regional HR meetings, Conferences, HR Business Councils, and HumanCapital Planning Sessions

**Other**

**_Candidate Profile_**

**Experience**

\-\{PS\.\.48\}\->\-\{PS\.\.49\}\->Prefer 2\-3 years of Human Resources experience; experience with Excel,Access, and other reporting software\.
