* To support and attend departmental meetings/training sessions and participate in these events.

* To be able to record messages and events in the handover book and to understand all other written communication, asking for clarification where necessary

* Work as a part of large team to support all operational tasks of day-to-day duties through delegation and initiative

**Administration**

* To assist with all guest queries, to ensure all guest revenues are correctly posted for all aspects of the Club.

* To understand administration and processing of memberships, including touring prospect members

* To operate all bookings for Personal training, Gym inductions, Re-assessments and classes

* To ensure all other administration is carried out to the Company standard operating procedures.

**Pool**

* To ensure the safety of all persons using the club at all times,.

* The highest standards of health and safety are constantly maintained, especially the supervision of the swimming pool.

* To ensure that pool checks are completed on a regular Basis, that results are logged and discrepancies are acted upon immediately.

* To ensure poolside and surrounding areas/changing rooms are cleaned and maintained throughout all hours of operations to ensure the highest standards of health & safety at all times.

* To ensure that all accidents are reported to the duty manager, and review relevant risk assessments relating to incidents to support this reporting process as per company and legal requirements.

**Product**

* To ensure all equipment, including gym equipment, studio, pool, spa, sauna, steam room, changing rooms and plant room are clean and maintained in good working order.

* To ensure that at all times the club is maintained to the highest level of condition and cleanliness.

* To competently handle business deliveries to stock/refill and securely put away all company products.

* To ensure that all the rules and regulations of the club are rigorously enforced whilst maintaining good guest/member relations

* To handle all lost/found property as per standard operating procedures.

* To carry out set job responsibilities to the highest standard at all times.

* To undertake all reasonable requests from Leisure Supervisors and the Leisure Operations Manager.

* To promote and sell the Spa, Fitness and Leisure club membership.

* To actively promote the hotels other facilities and services to both guests and members.

* To carry out duties as may be required to ensure the Hotel Operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction.
