**JOB SUMMARY**

As amember of the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise \(COE\), the Senior Managerwill work closely with the VP and other members of the TA COE to evaluate thecurrent use of talent acquisition processes, tools and programs, analyzemetrics and qualitative data to monitor performance and compliance, generateand refine TA metrics and support the implementation of processimprovements\. This position will alsosupport the development and launch of new programs and technology to meet theorganization s talent acquisition needs\.

CANDIDATEPROFILE

Education and Experience

+ Bachelor sdegree \(Business, Human Resources Management or other related field\) required\.
+ Minimumof 5 years of experience in HR\-related role \(e\.g\., talent acquisition, recruitment,HR data analytics, HR consulting, change management\)\.
+ Current with Talent Acquisition and business trends and best practices\.
+ Experience providing solutions to or consultingwith a multi\-generational audience\.
+ Experiencewith talent management systems \(e\.g\., Taleo\) a plus\.
+ Experience in planning and coordinating small tomid\-sized projects\.
+ Priorconsulting experience preferred\.

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**

+ Supports the design, development and launch of newTA programs, tools and solutions to meet specific talent needs, in partnershipwith other HR functions and external vendors as needed\.
+ Generates and tracks TA reports on both a scheduledand ad hoc basis to support internal TA as well as Market needs\.
+ Evaluates the use and business impact of existingtalent acquisition strategies, programs and solutions by reviewing andanalyzing talent acquisition metrics, stakeholder feedback and other datapoints\. Identifies trends based on quantitative and qualitative data todetermine improvement areas, provide follow up for issue resolution\.
+ Supports the enhancements of talent acquisitionpolicies and processes that comply with legal requirements and support thebusiness objectives\.
+ Develops an expert understanding of TA processesand technologies and function as a subject matter expert, on Marriott smanagement and non\-management recruitment processes to provide guidance andanalysis\.
+ Functions as a subject matter expert of Marriott srecruiting and candidate management technologies, support the execution ofsystem enhancements, and implementation\.
+ Monitors internal and external trends and bestpractices in talent acquisition; benchmarks best practices in and outside ofthe industry and explores new approaches and technologies to attract, recruitand hire talent\.
+ Supports the development, updating andcommunication of talent acquisition policies and standards, in response tochanging regulations and/or internal business requirements\.
