CHALLENGE:
Digital Marketer was using an “enterprise” level email service provider that was lacking in advanced, out of the box functionality. They wanted to eliminate the need for custom programming and use a platform that delivered full functionality without API development requirements. They also had started experiencing challenges with getting to the inbox, specifically with Gmail as they rollout new features.
While they had the capability to send millions of emails — the reach and placement in the inbox was substandard.
