Initially the unit would not go beyond the build/tool screen to further the set up. My husband called the support group which was easy and handled very professionally. They had him turn the unit over, remove the bottom panel and remove the SD card and reinsert it. This was an easy fix that was the result of being bounced around during shipping. The support team knows their stuff! EXCELLENT SUPPORT STAFF! And located in the GOOD OLD USA! Shock! The support staff was the easiest to contact of any we can recall recently. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very interested in helping you solve any problems you maybe running into.
Set up is easy while following the quick start up sheet and screen on the unit.
Filament insertion is a bit vague as to how much and how far to insert the same. Trial and error solved that issue.
Touch screen instructions are super easy to follow to load the filament and proceed with the set up.
Setting up this Dremel unit is about as easy as setting up a new TV — EASY — Set up of this unit is not as intimidating as it appears it would be.
Leveling is easy with the sheet of paper provided as a gauge. There are three dials to raise and lower the table. Easy stuff
Insert the SD card and pick one of the 12 models to build. Each model indicates the time required to build.

He has not hooked this unit up to our computer at this time. [and won’t be if I have my way]
Good instructions provided and the on board screen is idiot proof [unless you are ME and not my husband!]
A roll of white filament is provided to create items.
Other than the SD card popping loose in shipping, this thing is a lot of fun. My husband looks forward to future builds with our grand babies.
